Bàttoro : the preparation of the bitter liquor “Amaro Bàttoro “ like the one of the smooth liquor called “ Densu de Bàttoro “ is a slow mix from natural fruits not connected with each other’s. Their taste is a great balance between bitter and sweet.
Bàttoro reveals the origin of its contents one by one and after a sips you can already feel the truth flavour of Sardinia thanks to all the fruits which are originate from the Island.
The eagle nest on the label points out the place of birth of the bitter liquor thanks to the contribution of spring water “Su niu de s’achili” from “Gerrei” .
